The one thing I enjoy most about my work is: I love being able to help clients through one of the toughest times of their lives.

My business philosophy is: working closely with clients to achieve the optimal result and helping work through their emotional turmoil when dealing with their family law matters.

If I could, I’d be an: attorney all over again.

I’m sick of: not having enough time in the day to do all I want to do.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: Robin Williams, John F. Kennedy, Lucille Ball and Carol Burnett.

My hobbies are: spending time with family and friends. I enjoy watching my children play sports.

The last book I read was: Texas Family Code.

I wish I knew how to: play golf better.

My worst habit is: shopping too much.

Nobody knows: my great-great-grandfather William Gutcher purchased 160 acres in 1856, and in 1859, he donated a section of the tract to create Farmersville Public Square.

The people I most admire are: my parents.

My guilty pleasure is: sushi.

I drive a: Chevy Tahoe.

I’d like to be driving a: golf cart.

My favorite restaurants are: Jasper’s in Plano and Mellow Mushroom in Denton.

I’m happiest when: I’m spending time with my children.

I regret: not having more free time.

If I won the lottery, here’s what I’d do just for me: Get a good lawyer! Pay off all debt and buy a house in Costa Rica.

If I could change one thing about Denton, it would be: help grow higher-end retail.

When I retire, I plan to: live on the beach.

Community activities: president for Legacy Family Court Foundation; volunteer at Denton County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
