The one thing I enjoy most about my work is: providing financial solutions that local businesses need to grow and succeed 

My business philosophy is: Honesty is the cornerstone of all success.

If I could, I’d be a: snorkeling tour operator in Hawaii.

I’m so sick of: politics getting in the way of progress.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: my wife, Bill Gates, Paul McCartney and Michael Jordan.

My hobbies are: Endurance races. I have completed White Rock, NYC, Boston and Chicago marathons. I am also a two-time Ironman finisher. I recently completed the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon.

The last book I read was: Into Thin Air: A Personal Account of the Mt. Everest Disaster by Jon Krakauer.

I wish I knew how to: surf.

My worst habit is: drinking soft drinks. 

Nobody knows I: have an official bucket list.

The person I most admire is: my father.

My guilty pleasure is: chocolate.

I’m happiest when: on vacation with my family.

If I won the lottery, here’s what I’d do just for me: travel the world.

If I could change one thing about Denton, it would be: As a UNT graduate and Denton County resident, I would like to see greater emphasis on selling the area to prospective students, families and corporations. I would also like to see a greater investment in UNT athletics.

When I retire, I plan to: stay active, spend more time with my family and enjoy life
