The one thing I enjoy most about my work is: knowing that we are making an important difference in the lives of people here in our community

My business philosophy is: building teams committed to developing sustainable win-win partnerships.

If I could, I’d be a: baseball player.

I’m so sick of: finding more gray hairs.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: James Bond, Chili Palmer, John Creasy and Jaime Escalante.

The last book I read was: Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High by Kerry Patterson,  Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan and Al Switzler.

I wish I knew how to: Golf. I would even be satisfied with golfing badly!

My worst habit is: over committing my time.

The person I most admire is: Bill Milliken, the founder of Communities In Schools.

I drive a: 2003 Toyota RAV4 with 125,000 miles on it!

I’d like to be driving a: a four-door truck with less than 100,000 miles.

My favorite restaurant is: every restaurant on our United Way of Denton County DINE UNITED restaurant card!

If I won the lottery, here’s what I’d do just for me: Buy a car with less than 100,000 miles on it!

If I could change one thing about Denton, it would be: unlimited resources to help people in need.

When I retire, I plan to: Rest.  Actually, I can’t see myself retired, I really love what I do.
