The one thing I enjoy most about my work is: seeing people leaving happy after eating my tacos.

My business philosophy is: to be able to promote my culture and unite my community through cultural activities and through my food.

If I could, I’d be a: professional folkloric ballet dancer.

I’m so sick of: not being able to spend more time with my son Erick.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: Jesus, Dalai Lama, my mother and my son Jonathan.

My hobbies are: reading and walking.

If I won the lottery, here’s what I’d do just for me: I would pay for my house in full.

When I retire, I plan to: learn how to grow my own vegetables and have a big garden.

Community activities: volunteer chairwoman for Cinco de Mayo, organizer of the annual Community Garage Sale in Corinth and precursor of the Mexican Independence Day Festival in Denton.
