The one thing I enjoy most about my work is: I get to make sure that all of our members have a WOW experience and are aware of what products DATCU has to offer. The members are what truly matters.

My business philosophy is: provide superior customer service in all aspects of what we do and always have a positive attitude.

If I could, I’d be a: motivational speaker.

I’m so sick of: lack of good service.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: Zig Zigler, Ellen DeGeneres, Jimmy Fallon and President Barack Obama.

The last book I read was: 212: The Extra Degree by Sam Parker and Mac Anderson.

Nobody knows I: buy a new hula hoop every year and have competed and won a hula hoop competition.

The person I most admire is: my grandfather, H.S. Osborne, a wonderful business and godly man.

My guilty pleasure is: anything chocolate.

I drive a: 2011 Honda CRV.

I’d like to be driving a: BMW 328i or pink convertible bug.

My favorite restaurant is: Pappaduex.

If I won the lottery, here’s what I’d do just for me: Hire a full-time cleaning crew and, of course, go for a full day at the spa.

If I could change one thing about Denton, it would be: to put a parking garage near the Square.

When I retire, I plan to: travel and also volunteer more.

Community activities: United Way of Denton County, Leadership Denton alumni, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Cancer Society, Sam Houston’s Parent & Teachers Association.
