The things I enjoy most about my work are: the interaction with and exposure to interesting people; and the ability to provide capital solutions for business owners to achieve success.

My business philosophies are: Keep it simple. Create value. Take action.

If I could, I’d be a: safari guide, professional surfer and/or musical artist.

I’m so sick of: dessert being full of calories.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: JC, Richard Branson, Mandi Pels, George Strait. At my party I will thank JC for everything, talk business with Sir Richard, sit close to Mandi, and sing with George “Give It All We Got Tonight.”

My hobbies are: adventure travel, fitness training, boating and trail biking.

The last book I read was: The Final Summit: A Quest to Find the One Principle That Will Save Humanity by Andy Andrews.

I wish I knew how to: play guitar like Stevie Ray Vaughan.

The person I most admire is: my 9-year-old son, Gannon, because he is the coolest kid in the universe.

My guilty pleasure is: Mexican vanilla ice cream from Amy’s Ice Creams.

My favorite restaurant is: on my mate’s boat “JoJo III” off Haggerstone Island, Australia.

I’m happiest when: on the beach or water enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends.

If I could change one thing about Denton, it would be: to add sand and water, and call it the South Pacific.

Community activities: Surf Camp for Autism, adviser to underprivileged children’s fund, coach at Argyle Youth Sports.
