The one thing I enjoy most about my work is: the people.

My business philosophy is: “You get everything you want in life by helping enough others get what they want.” — Zig Zigglar. I have based my entire life on that quote.

If I could, I’d be a: foundation for nonprofit organizations focused on local people helping local people.

I’m so sick of: the nation’s corrupt political system, where elections are bought by spending hundreds of millions, instead of government for the people, by the people.

The four guests at my fantasy dinner party would be: Bill Clinton, Steve Martin, John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.

My hobbies are: volunteering, vocal performance, theater, boating, camping and swimming.

The last book I read was: The Way of the Shepherd: 7 Ancient Secrets to Managing Productive People by Kevin Leman and William Pentak.

I wish I knew how to: sail.

My worst habit is: overcommitting.

Nobody knows I: bought and sold my first car at age 9 and have owned more than 250 cars in my lifetime.

My guilty pleasure is: Beth Marie’s ice cream.

I drive a: Depends on the week (see above, 250-plus cars) but usually an electric car.

I’d like to be driving an: 80-foot houseboat.

My favorite restaurant is: Giuseppe’s Italian.

I’m happiest when: I am on or near the water.

I regret: I have no regrets.

If I won the lottery, here’s what I’d do just for me: Pay off all debt and buy a houseboat.

If I could change one thing about Denton, it would be: Interstate 35.

When I retire, I plan to: continue my volunteerism and live on a lake.
