Disney Institute is bringing its professional development course, Disney's Approach to Quality Service, to the Embassy Suites Denton Convention Center on Jan. 11.
Sponsored by Texas Woman's University's Center for Women in Business, the one-day event will help area professionals explore how excellent customer service is achievable for every organization. Participants gain an awareness of strategies that drive service differentiation, tools to deliver exceptional service and how to develop quality service standards and recover from failures.
This day of Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.
The event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Early-bird registration is $340, and increases to $389 after Jan. 3. The fee includes all course materials as well as a full breakfast, lunch and parking.
