Students in second through seventh grade who need help with reading, writing and other literacy-language skills can get scholarships for services at the University of North Texas Speech and Hearing Center.
Parents can apply for the scholarships for weekly therapy sessions, worth up to $1,000 per semester. The clinic provides services based on a reduced fee scale.
The scholarships are available through the Dallas Scottish Rite and Fort Worth Scottish Rite Associations.
