With at least 12 8-foot tables and 9-ball tournaments, Jr Pockets is the place to go if you like to play pool. It's also a great place to watch any of our local teams play - the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, UNT Eagles, UT Longhorns, the Dallas Stars and more. Jr Pockets also has several pool leagues for those who have the skills to keep the 8-ball on the table and out of the pocket and for those who'd like to learn a bit more about the skill of playing pool without a scratch. It takes a special talent and this place is where you can learn and finesse that skill. One online reviewer sums it up well: "Old school pool hall. Lots of tables. Lots of players. Surprisingly good bar food. Beer always cold." What more could you ask for?
