Fathom Events and Relativity Media have teamed up to bring a live telecast interview with novelist Nicholas Sparks to the big screen at 7 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Denton Cinemark 14, 2825 Wind River Lane. Sparks, the man behind treacly, tear-jerking romances, including The Notebook, Nights in Rodanthe and The Last Song, will participate in a live question-and-answer session about the cinematic adaptation of his novel Safe Haven. Attendees will get a sneak peak at scenes from the film, starring Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough. Tickets cost $11.50 for adults, $10.50 for seniors and students with ID and $9.50 for children.
