It is the last chance to register for the following youth sports programs:

•  Intermediate skateboarding for ages 6 and older, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. this Saturday at the skate park, 2400 Long Road;

•  “Rock the Wall,” an introductory climbing course for ages 7 to 15, from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, Oct. 2-23, at Denia Recreation Center, 1001 Parvin St.;

•  “Rock the Wall 2,” an advanced climbing course for ages 7 to 15, from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, Oct. 2-23, at Denia Recreation Center;

•  Kids’ golf instruction for ages 7 and older from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, Oct. 2-23, at Robson Ranch Golf Course, 9400 Ed Robson Blvd.;

•  Little Dribblers Basketball League for ages 5 to 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Oct. 5 through Nov. 2, at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, 1300 Wilson St.

Kids ages 6 to 10 can learn all about being “green” in science with Ms. Erin from 10 to 11:15 a.m. or 4 to 5:15 p.m. on Thursdays, Oct. 4 through Nov. 1, at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, 1300 Wilson St. By incorporating demonstrations and hands-on experiments, the class will introduce kids to sustainability and clean energy sources. •  “Step to Tone” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oct. 2-25.

Construct a 55-gallon rain barrel that is yours to take home in “Rainwater Harvesting” from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 17 at Clear Creek Natural Heritage Area, 3310 Collins Road. •  “Cardio Tennis” from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Mondays or 9 to 10 a.m. Saturdays;

•  “Adult Tennis 101: Beginner Drill” from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Mondays or 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays;

•  “Adult Tennis 201: Intermediate Drill” and “Tennis 301: Advanced Drill” from 6 to 7:15 p.m. Wednesdays;

•  “Junior Tennis Instruction” on Mondays and Wednesdays evenings and Saturday mornings.
