Beth and Bill Patterson of Denton, Texas and Carin and Barry Knight of Dallas, Texas are proud to announce the marriage of their daughter, Claire Knight to Caleb Springer, both of Denton, Texas.They were married June 9th, 2012 at Ashton Gardens in Corinth, Texas. Mr. Brad Springer, father of the groom was the Officiating Minister.

Claire is the granddaughter of Patsy and Fred Patterson of Denton, Texas, Yvonne and Guy Scholl of Henrietta, Texas, Jane Underwood of Flower Mound, Texas and Bill Underwood of Richmond, Virginia, the late Martha Lou and Bob Metheny of Burleson, Texas and the great granddaughter of the late Mildred and Monk Clearman of Denton, Texas. She is a 2011 graduate of Oklahoma State University and currently works as a 3rd grade teacher with Frisco ISD.

Caleb is the son of Denise and Brad Springer of Denton, Texas, the grandson of Nell Burt and the late Gerald Burt of Garland, Texas and Winona Springer and the late Hoyt Springer of White Settlement, Texas. He will graduate from the University of North Texas in 2013.

The maid of honor was Libby Knight and bridesmaids included Ann Patterson, Lindsay Rose, Kelsie Guthrie, Claire Ziegler, Kylie Radka, Maddie Sokolosky and Kim Ferguson.Gracie Patzkowski, Allie Barr and Caroline Barr were the flower girls.The best men were Tyler Springer, Micah Springer and Jacob Springer and groomsmen included Chance Rose, Taylor Lokey, Tyler Lokey, Jake Awtry and Bailey Moore. Will Patterson, Walker Patterson and Nick Rinks were the ushers.

Claire wore a beautiful strapless, lace, and tulle ankle length wedding gown, finished off by a locally designed custom made sash.Her mother and sister wore matching sashes. She also wore a fourth generation garter, made from laces used in her mother’s wedding, her grandmother’s wedding, and her great-grandmother’s wedding.

The rehearsal dinner at Camp Copass was hosted by Caleb’s parents and catered by Babe’s Chicken.

Claire’s family hosted a dinner and live music reception. The wedding cake was a hydrangea cupcake tower, built by the father of the bride, served along with Caleb’s choice of Blue Bell Ice Cream cups. Surrounded by family and friends, the bride and groom were sent off with a champagne toast and a halo of sparklers.

The newlyweds will honeymoon at the Caribbean Island of Antigua and will reside in Denton, Texas when they return home.
