Jake and Beate Hendricks celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on March 12, 2011 by attending a concert with friends at the Winstar Casino in Oklahoma.
The couple was married March 8, 1986 in Denton, where they attend church at First Christian Church. Jake is a graduate of UNT, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity and is a photographer. Beate is employed by Peterbuilt Motors.Their hobbies include horseback riding and motorcycling, as well as Civil War reenacting with the 7th Texas Cavalry. They are members of North Texas Norton Owners Association.
They are looking forward to racing a vintage motorcycle at Motorsports Ranch in Cresson during the American Historic Motorcycle Roadracing Association's Lone Star Classic March 25-27, 2011.
