Smith 65th Wedding Anniversary

Perman & Geneva Smith will celebrate their 65th Wedding Anniversary on Sept 25 with a family dinner. They were married in Waxahachie, TX.

Perman enlisted in the Navy and served almost two years in the late 1940s.Perman then worked for Chance Vault Aircraft (LTV) for 30 years.

Geneva worked for Russell Newman in Denton and Pilot Point for a number of years. She has volunteered for Meals on Wheels for over 15 years.

Perman and Geneva graduated from Aubrey High School in 1946 and 1947 respectively.

They are members of First Baptist Church Krugerville where Perman serves as a deacon.

They have two daughters. Donna and her husband Gaylon King of Krugerville, and Brenda and her husband Curtis of Aubrey.They also have been blessed with 4 grandchildren, Angel Buxton, Matthew King, Zeke Sparkman and Kyle Sparkman, and 5 great-grandchildren, Michelle Buxton, Noah King, Joshua King, Hope King and Mason Sparkman.

Perman and Geneva are dearly loved by their family and friends and are a blessing to all.
