John and Paula Hart of Denton, Texas would like to announce the marriage of their daughter Emily Lauren Hart of Denton, Texas to Samual Truman Davis of Oak Point, Texas.The couple married on Saturday July 28th, 2012 at GracePointe Church with a reception afterwards at The Ballroom at Robson Ranch Clubhouse.Bill Black of First Baptist Church located in Lone Grove, Oklahoma was the officiating minister of the ceremony.

Emily is the granddaughter to Betty Pugh and the late G.C. Pugh of Denton, Texas, Weldon and Peggy Miller of Argyle, Texas and the late Bill Hart.She is a 2008 graduate of Denton High School and currently attends University of North Texas. She is a Photographer at Emily Davis Photography.

Samual is the son of Greg and Judi Chank of Denton, Texas.He is the grandson to Barbara Hall and the late Johnny Davis of Newcastle, Texas, Jack and Sandra Weger of Middleport, New York, and Maxine Myers and the late Bud Myers of Denton, Texas.He is a 2006 Ryan High School graduate and a 2011 University of North Texas graduate.He works as a Mechanical Engineer at Peterbilt Motors.

The wedding party consisted of the Matron of Honor Lori Blalock and Maid of Honor Katy Koster.Bridesmaids were Alyssa McClendon, Jennifer Pike, Jessica Goss and Keitha Woodard.Audrey Stone was the flower girl.The Best Men were Anthony Akin and Austin Young and groomsmen were Daniel Hart, brother of the bride, Kyle Blalock, Jesse Taylor and Stephen McGee.The ushers were Will Workman, Aaron Workman and Johnny Davis.Connor Watkins, brother of the groom, was the ring bearer.The house party was hosted by Hannah Lane, Katherine Ratcliff and Victoria Williams.

The newlyweds will head out on a honeymoon cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island.Upon return they will reside in Oak Point, Texas.
