5 to 7 p.m. — Spaghetti dinner in preparation for the Denton Breakfast Kiwanis Club’s Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2255 N. 9 a.m. — Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2255 N. Bonnie Brae St. Denton Breakfast Kiwanis Club event raises money for the club’s youth programs. Noon — Liberty Christian School presents The Diary of Anne Frank, a one-act play, at 1301 S. U.S. Highway 377 in Argyle. Free. Call 940-294-2000.

Noon — Closing service of the 10th Episcopal District of the AME Church’s planning meeting at the Hyatt Regency, 701 E. Campbell Road in Richardson. Bishop Vashti Murphy McKenzie will be the speaker.

 

WEDNESDAY

6 to 8 p.m. — Support group for families of inmates and for ex-offenders at Denton Bible Church, 2300 E. University Drive. Free meal, free child care and classes for kindergarten through middle school offered. Call 940-297-6745.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 24

1 to 4 p.m. — Free community Thanksgiving dinner served by Prazim Ministries at the Aubrey Community Center, 226 Countryside Drive. Reservations are requested, but not required; call 940-365-2620 or e-mail prazim@sbcglobal.net .
