A Denton County sex offender who was added to the state’s most-wanted list last summer has been captured in Nevada.
Sean Michael Smith, 37, was arrested in Reno last Friday after being pulled over for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Smith, who was convicted for indecency with a 14-year-old girl, was wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Denton County.
