7 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Friday and Dec. 27-30 - Holiday Blast Camp for children in kindergarten through sixth grade at the Denton Civic Center, 321 E. McKinney St. Camp includes activities and field trips during the holiday break. Each day costs $28 per child, and participants must register in advance at the Civic Center. Through Thursday - Ann's Haven VNA Hospice Auxiliary's Light Up a Life tree, honoring the memory of family members and friends, in the J.C. Penney Court at Golden Triangle Mall, 2201 S. I-35E. A paper dove bearing the name of an honoree can be placed on the tree for a $20 donation. Through Saturday - Gift-wrapping by youth group members from First United Methodist Church in Denton, in the Macy's wing at Golden Triangle Mall. Proceeds benefit youth missions. Hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today through Friday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

Through Dec. 31 - Snow village display at the Wood House, 516 N. Locust St. Display includes more than 200 miniature buildings, four trains and a monorail. Free admission with donation of dry goods or nonperishable food items for Denton County Friends of the Family. Open 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, or by appointment by calling 940-387-4098. Through Jan. 1 - Pet Santa Tree at Emily Fowler Central Library, 502 Oakland St. Donations will be delivered to the Denton Animal Shelter. Through Jan. 1 - Gift of Lights at Texas Motor Speedway featuring more than 1 million LED light displays on a 1.7-mile drive-through course and seasonal festivities. Donations of gently used items collected for Goodwill of Fort Worth. Hours of operation are 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 6 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Admission is $15 per vehicle Monday through Thursday, or $20 per vehicle Friday through Sunday. Visit www.texasgiftoflights.com.

  • Make sure "Preserve Favorites website data" is unchecked.
  • Make sure "InPrivate Filtering data" is checked.
  • Click the "Delete" button.
  • Click the "OK" button to exit the Internet Options window.
  • Refresh the page.
