The owner of a real estate company in 2400 block of Lillian Miller Parkway reported to Denton police Friday that one of the real estate agents stole more than $15,000 in company commissions.
Between April 25 and Jan. 18, the agent closed nine separate sales without reporting them to the company, the owner told police.
When he approached the real estate agent about it, she told him she was having financial problems because of a divorce, according to the police report. The owner told police he learned later she had been gambling.
