Matthew William DeMoss, grandson of Doyle and Mary DeMoss of Denton and Dub and Vickie Williams, former residents of Highland Village who now live at Cedar Creek Lake, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout during a ceremony on June 3.
Matt is the son of Robert and Valerie DeMoss of Ozark, Mo., and has just finished his freshman year at Ozark High School.
Missouri State Rep. Ray Weter presented Matt with a special referendum from the Missouri House of Representatives during the Eagle Award ceremony.
