The Denton County Transportation Authority is conducting a passenger satisfaction survey to gather input on its current performance and to identify ways to provide improved passenger information.
An English and Spanish version is available online at www.RideDCTA.net.
This brief survey focuses on DCTA customer service and is also being used to collect information regarding the different technology platforms and devices passengers utilize to obtain passenger information. DCTA is working to implement new technology to improve the passenger’s ability to purchase tickets and obtain passenger information electronically.
The survey is available in English and Spanish from bus operators, train conductors, at the Downtown Denton Transit Center Customer Service office or online at www.RideDCTA.net until Feb. 22. The results will be presented to the board of directors in March.
