Riley J. Wilhoit, 16, a junior at Guyer High School, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
For his Eagle Scout project, he installed beds, landscaping and irrigation at First United Methodist Church.
He is a member of Troop 65 in Denton. His Scoutmaster is Bob Eastman.
Riley is the son of Jeff and Amy Wilhoit of Denton. He is the grandson of Bob and Judie Wilhoit of Krum, Vicky Vawter of Denton, and Jack and Becky Vawter of Denton.
