Police responded to an aggravated assault call in the 2000 block of Windsor Drive on Tuesday night.
Officer Ryan Grelle, spokesman for the Denton Police Department, said a 17-year-old girl got into an argument with an 18-year-old man.
According to reports, the argument occurred near 10 p.m. in a parking lot of a nearby park.
Grelle said the suspect first pulled a bat out of his vehicle.
“[He] then returned and points a pistol at her,” he said.
Police said no arrest was made.
1200 block Garza Lane/West Eldorado Parkway — Sheriff deputies responded to a family violence assault Tuesday afternoon. According to reports, a 44-year-old man from Little Elm allegedly assaulted another family member by trying to choke her.
11900 block of North Interstate 35 — A woman reported to sheriff’s officials the fraudulent use of identification shortly before 7 p.m. Tuesday, reports show.
Officials said a woman reported her husband was using a dead person’s identity.

Double Oak firefighters responded to one medical call. Double Oak police responded to one medical call and five traffic calls.
Hickory Creek police assisted one motorist and responded to 22 traffic calls and two animal complaints.
Justin firefighters responded to one vehicle fire, one water main break, one medical call and one carbon monoxide/hazmat call. Justin police responded to one carbon monoxide or hazmat call, one suspicious vehicle and one water main break.
Krum firefighters responded to one animal bite attack and one medical call. Krum police assisted one agency and responded to six traffic calls.
