Police said a 20-year-old male reportedly pointed a pistol at someone’s face just after 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Reports show police were dispatched to the 5300 block of East McKinney Street after the victim’s sister called in an altercation her brother was in with some guys in the street.

The sister, police said, reported her 22-year-old brother had a pistol pointed to his face while the suspect said “someone is going to die tonight.”

Police charged the man with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He was also charged with burglary of a vehicle in connection with an earlier incident, officials said.
