A woman told police that her husband allegedly pushed her down on a bed and spit on her while the two were having an argument Monday morning at a residence in the 3200 block of East McKinney Street, according to a police report.

The husband told responding officers that he pushed his wife down so she would stop pushing him, the report stated.

Police said no arrests were made at the time and the wife left the residence to stay with out-of-town family members.
