An 18-year-old man was allegedly assaulted by his girlfriend with a tire iron Thursday night, according to a police report.
Police said the incident occurred in the 1800 block of Woodbrook Street shortly before 6:30 p.m.
The boyfriend called police to report that he had allegedly been assaulted by his girlfriend and that she then left in a green truck, the report stated.
When officers arrived, the boyfriend had visible injuries, according to the report.
2300 block of Stella Street — A police officer dispatched to a disturbance call at 5:21 a.m. Thursday found a man and woman arguing.
After securing the area, the officer noticed that the man, 19, was in possession of alcoholic beverages, a report states.
The man was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol, according to a police report.
100 block of Marshall Street — When officers arrived at an apartment in response to a domestic disturbance call, they discovered multiple items used to make crack cocaine, according to a police report.
After gaining permission to search the apartment, officers also found crack cocaine, the reports state.
All the items were taken into evidence and no one was arrested at the scene, the report stated.
2400 block of Charlotte Street — A woman told police that her car was taken from the parking lot of her apartment complex sometime during the night Wednesday.
The woman, police said, was one payment short of having the vehicle paid for. The loss was estimated at $3,000, according to the police report.
