DCTA seeks input from residents

The Denton County Transportation Authority is seeking opinions from residents who use the agency’s services, those who do not and other community members to help improve performance.

The agency just released its yearly community survey to gather input on current service performance and to identify additional ways to provide improved customer service and passenger information.

The brief survey focuses on DCTA customer service and passenger information and is also being used to help the agency better understand community transportation needs and priorities.

The survey may be completed online by clicking the survey button on www.dcta.net .

The survey can also be assessed by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/68S5ZR5 .

Printed surveys are available at the Euline Brock Downtown Denton Transit Center, DCTA Connect buses and the A-train and can be returned to DCTA on-board personnel, to customer service at the transit center, via e-mail to dctainfo@dcta.net, by fax to 972-221-4601, or by mail to 1660 S. Stemmons Freeway, Suite 250, Lewisville, TX 75067.
