RSVP’s mission is to “identify and address issues impacting communities of Denton County and through volunteer service enhance the lives of senior volunteers as well as those they serve,” the release states.
RSVP volunteers not only invest their time and experience helping nonprofit agencies but they can also serve clients directly through RSVP-driven programs such as Seniors for Childhood Immunization (SCI), Rockin’ Readers, West Nile Virus Education, Senior Medicare Patrol and Senior Environmental Corps.
