He had been riding his bike less than two miles away from Medical City Denton on Tuesday when a southbound Denton County Transportation Authority A-train fatally struck hit him. The accident occurred in southeast Denton near the intersection of Lakeview Boulevard and West Shady Shores Road.

Hail about 2. 75 inches (size of a baseball) in diameter also struck Copper Canyon and Lake Dallas, the data showed.
