Denton County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Thursday after his ex-girlfriend reported that he was stalking her.

Records indicate the couple were broken up and the man watched the woman at her usual hangouts and at a window of her residence in the 8400 block of Long Horn Drive as she vacuumed.

The man approached the woman at her front door and told her he didn’t want to get into trouble and violate his parole, according to the report.

When deputies were conducting a pat down, they found a piece of paper in his pocket with what he claimed was a list of websites, according to the report. The paper listed the woman’s e-mail address, passwords and security questions to access her various accounts. Deputies said the paper also contained a racial slur and deadly bodily threat for one of the changed security questions.

The man was arrested and charged with stalking. Bail was set at $25,000. He was also being held without bail on an unrelated state charge.
