4 to 7 p.m. -- Take a Stand for Children Kickoff Celebration on the Denton Square, raising awareness for the Children's Advocacy Center for Denton County and Court Appointed Special Advocates of Denton County. Each side of the Courthouse on the Square lawn will include a different "stand," featuring Kick Stand (a kick line with local drill teams), Lemon Aid Stand (local celebs sucking lemons), a cake walk, Band Stand (live music), Bike Stand (Bikers Against Child Abuse parade) and speakers.
