Seven proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution will go up for voters' approval Tuesday, but local ballots include some other items.

In Denton, voters will be asked to vote yes or no on five propositions that will affect the city charter, while Aubrey ISD voters will vote yes or no on a $51 million bond proposal that includes the construction of a new elementary school and classroom additions to the two existing elementary schools.

Pilot Point voters will decide if they want to legalize the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption, while voters in Denton County Municipal Utility Districts 4 and 5 near Cross Roads will decide whether to authorize this pair of special taxing districts to maintain roads within the district. Also, Little Elm ISD voters will decide on two school bond proposals.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, and voters must cast their ballot at their designated precinct. Listed here are area precinct locations. To find out your precinct or for more information, visit www.votedenton.com.
