A woman was using a credit card at Walgreens in the 100 block of West University Drive on Saturday afternoon that got declined twice. When police arrived at the store, the caller said that the woman swiped the card twice, then she grabbed the bags of groceries and left without paying, according to a police report.

Blotter: Man found with cocaine, used syringes in parking lot of Denton apartment complex
A 24-year-old man on Thursday was found sitting in a car with a small glass tube of cocaine, several used syringes and metal spoons in the parking lot of the Mack Park Apartments, according to Denton police spokesman Shane Kizer.
