Yee-haw! Giddy-up partner!

The North Texas State Fair and Rodeo held their third day of fun, games and shows for families to come and enjoy. While the fair half of the nine-day event comes off as little more than your average carnival packed with rides, games, jumbo corn dogs and funnel cakes, the rodeo half of the event shines through.

On Sunday evening alone, events varied from a lumberjack show, beauty pageants and pedal tractor pulls for children to pig races and a wildly popular rodeo show. To close the evening, bands played on a stage in the center of the fairgrounds to an audience packed end to end with dancing families.
