A pharmaceutical company cited for violating state rules with its continuing storage of radioactive waste in Denton received another extension in the case this week.
A state administrative judge on Thursday granted U.S. Radiopharmaceuticals a second continuance for a hearing on the violation. The Department of State Health Services, which brought the case, did not contest the company's second request for a continuance.
The hearing originally rescheduled for Dec. 11 has been rescheduled again to 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, in Austin.
