Insight Denton: Does the city require I clean up after my dog?

Whether on a walk or in the park,

You must scoop the poop,

That’s not a lark.

Whether your dog is large or small,

You must scoop the poop,

You must scoop it all.

Do not kick it with your feet.

Do not leave it in the street.

Do not leave it in a yard.

Scooping poop isn’t hard.

Be a good neighbor and take a bag.

You can scoop the poop without a snag.

Carry that bag to your backyard trash.

Your neighbors will say, wow, she’s got class.
