Lake Dallas 911 moves to sheriff's office on Monday
The Lake Dallas police dispatch line will convert to the Denton County Sheriff's Office's communications division beginning Monday. Lake Dallas residents who call 911 will be routed to an operator with the sheriff's office, who will then dispatch a local officer. Callers should provide their location and the nature of their emergency to operators as well as stay on the line.
