Lynn Sheffield Simmons: Argyle PD offers website that provides info, daily activities

Police Chief Tom Tackett announced recently that the Argyle Police Department is offering an Internet connection that provides a quick, convenient means to access public information and daily activities.

The “Police-to-Citizen” (P2C) website can be accessed at https://p2c.dentoncounty.com/main.aspx.

“Citizens can view bulletins of events as they happen, register for security checks of their homes or business, view photos of missing persons and watch slide shows of Denton County’s “Sex Offenders” and “Recent Arrests,” Tackett said.

By visiting the “Search for Events” link, a citizen can get maps and information about incidents, arrests and accidents throughout Denton County.
