A 53-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants Thursday after his wife said he slapped her in the face multiple times at a home in the 1200 block of McDonald Drive.
Police responded to the domestic disturbance call about 1 a.m. The woman declined medical assistance for her minor injuries, the report said.
The man had an active warrant from Grapevine police for a commercial vehicle safety violation.
5300 block of East McKinney Street — A woman called police Thursday saying her 16-year-old daughter had been "sexting" with a 52-year-old man.
She said she had her daughter's phone and all of the messages were still on it. She didn't know whether her daughter had physical contact with the man, according to the report.
9100 block of Teasley Lane — Police did not make any arrests after responding to a person with a knife call about 9 p.m. Thursday at Hickory Creek of Denton apartments.

500 block of Oakland Street — One person was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on Thursday after a caller reported two men smoking marijuana outside on a nearby bench.
Officers only found one man when they arrived at the scene. No arrests were made.
3700 block of Country Club Road — A suspect stole an estimated $4,200 worth of construction tools between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning after cutting two locks off a storage container, according to a police report.
Police did not identify the number of potential suspects in the report. No arrests were made.
