Peggy Jo Adkins
Peggy Jo Adkins, 65, of Denton, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2012. She was born on October 31, 1946 in Wichita Falls, TX to Marce R.C. Goodson and Suvilla Virginia Humphries. She was a member of Lady Elks, Ladies Auxiliary VFW, and Texas Hair Dressers Association. She was a hairdresser for many years and had many friends. She loved the outdoors especially fishing and going to Lake Texoma. She married Ron Adkins in Belize City, Belize in 1991.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 6-7:30 at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will be on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Iowa Park Cemetery in Iowa Park, TX.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Ron; daughters, Donna Kaye and Felicia Dell; son, Craig Adkins; grandsons, Josh Reich, Chase Morgan, Zach Morgan, and Cade Adkins; granddaughters, Carolyn and Angela Wozencraft; nieces, Vicki Jackson and husband Ricki, and Debbie Ramos; nephew, Jason Culwell and wife Janise; and many great nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Jody Culwell, and grandson, William Prettyman.

Leola Frances Van Hoose Hensley passed away January 26, 2012.She was born October 14,1942 to John D. and Pauline Van Hoose in Floyd County, Texas. She lived in Justin, Tx with her daughter Sherry and son in law Jim Lawson.
Frances is survived by her daughter Othella Black of Paris, Tx, son Glenn Hensley of Windom, Tx, son Jeff Hensley of Sanger, Tx and daughter Sherry Hensley of Justin, Tx. Brother Cecil Van Hoose. Also 19 nieces and nephews. She is survived by numerous great nieces and nephews. 6 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 1 great grandchild.
Preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Hensley and parents John D. and Pauline Van Hoose and a brother Alfred Van Hoose.
Memorial service for Frances will be Saturday February 4, 2012 at Sweetwater Cemetary. If you would like to visit with the family there will be a visitation on Friday February 3, 2012. ARLINGTON - Bonner Cole, 88, passed away Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012.
Bonner was born March 11, 1923. He was married to the love of his life, Laquinta Joy Cole, for 61 years before her death in 2008.
Survivors: Loving nieces, Carolyn Seely and Wanda Heath; and many loving extended family members.
Nan Pollard
Nan Pollard, age 85, of Lewisville, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012, at her home.
She was born October 20, 1926 in Dallas to William Kelley Nutt and Genie B. Qualls Nutt.
Nan married Le Roy Martin, Sr. and later married Garland Pollard who preceded her in death on June 1, 1983. She was a member of Cindy Lane Baptist Church in Lewisville, the Ladies Auxiliaryand the Red Hat Society.
Nan is survived by her sons; Le Roy Martin and James Kelley Pollard; four grandchildren, Teresa Mauer, Delana Hudson, Michael Pollard and James Ryan Pollard;and two great grandchildren, Matthew McKethan and Chance Mauer.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Tioga Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. For online condolences please go to www.mulkeymason.com .

Jackie Joe Redfearn has gone to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Jack was born on October 1, 1933 in Aubrey, TX to Bailey and LaVada Redfearn. He was preceded in death by his parents and younger brother Gene Redfearn. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Earlene, 1 daughter Diana Redfearn and son-in-law Mark Grossman of The Colony, TX, 1 son David Redfearn of Phoenix, AZ and daughter-in-law Rachel Redfearn of Phoenix, AZ and 3 grandchildren, Niki, Jaret and Ethan Redfearn all of Phoenix, AZ and his 2 beloved and constant companions - his dogs, Buddy and Bentley.
He is survived by 5 brothers and sisters: Billy Ray Redfearn of Collinsville, Dorothy Erwin of Pilot Point, TX, Barbara Looper of Celina, TX, Wanda LaGrone of Aubrey, TX and Sam Redfearn of Aubrey, TX.
Jack retired from the United States Army in 1975 after 22 years of service. He was a Korean and Vietnam Veteran. After retiring from the Army, he went on serving his country working for FEMA for 28 years.
Funeral arrangements are by DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, TX. Visitation will be at the First Baptist Church Krugerville, 5021 Hwy 377, Aubrey, TX 76227 on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 10-11 am, with services following immediately at the church at 11:00 am. A full military burial will be held at Belew Cemetery in Aubrey, TX immediately following the funeral.
