William Don Halbert, 89, of Dallas, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012.He was born on September 30, 1922 in Dallas, TX to J.W. and Mary Halbert. He married Anna Halbert in 1985.William was a Capitan Air Force Pilot in the W.W II.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 11:00 am at St. Mark Catholic Church with Father Alphonse Nazzaro officiating and the Rosary and visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm.Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas Texas.
William Halbert is survived by his wife, Anna Halbert; daughter, Joanna and husband George Handel of Bedford; grand daughters, Jessica and husband Chris, Christina, Antoninette and husband Stephen and Stephanie; grandsons, George and Kenny; sons, Stanley Darrel Halbet of North Rickland Hills, Vincent N. Nazzaro of Maryland; step son, Fr Alphonse Nazzaro; nieces and nephews, Wanda and Joe W. Park and Mary Ellen and Rev. Charles W. Snow; four great-grand children, Emily, Austin, Christopher and Nicholas. William Halbert is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters and brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to The America Diabetes Association.
