Singley, and married in Okmulgee, OK in 1963.  They were married 48 years and would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary on June 29, 2012.  James has been devoted to Charlotte never leaving her side, tirelessly taking care of her every need in both sickness and health.  Charlotte and James have three children: Tracy Singley of Arlington, VA; Angela Singley of Dallas, TX; and Warren Singley of Helena, OK.  Charlotte retired from Harris Data Corporation in Dallas, Texas in 1987 when she and James returned to Oklahoma to reside permanently in Pryor.

Charlotte enjoyed her puppies (Pepper, Molly and Lady), her kitty (Precious), garage sales, gardening, coupon clipping, bingo, Las Vegas, her motor home and traveling, but family was her first priority.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.  Her parents precede Charlotte in death.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, and children; grandchildren James Singley, Elizabeth Singley and Samantha Singley; two great-grandsons; her sisters and brothers: Rose Smith of Locust Grove, OK; Maggie and Gene Horstman of Pryor, OK; Patsy and Howard Kisner of Claremore, OK; Phylis and Robert Hensley of Oklahoma City, OK; Jeanetta and Tom Titterington of Denton, TX; Ronnie and Billie Ratliff of Chouteau, OK; and Richard and Kim Ratliff of Sperry, OK; her sisters-in-law, Glynn Hill of Springfield, OR; Dean Carter of Houston, TX; and Jana Campbell of Thurmont, MD; and numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and many cousins.

The immediate family will hold a private memorial.  In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Oklahoma Heart Institute in memory of Charlotte.  The family would like to express its heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and staff at Oklahoma Heart Institute.  The family would also like to recognize the extraordinary care, comfort, and friendship extended by Charlotte's home health nurses, Lisa and Patty, with Carter Home Health.  We love you Mom
