Patricia I. Dunn passed away in Frisco, Texas on July 17, 2012.Patricia was born to William Crawford Emfinger and Evie Irene Ingram Emfinger November 12, 1950 in Roswell, New Mexico.She was 61 at the time of her death. Patricia married Larry Dunn on April 4, 1998 in Lovington, New Mexico, and was living in Little Elm, Texas at the time of her death. Patricia worked as a store director in retail as an adult.
A memorial service will be held, Saturday, July 21, 2012 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Living Word Baptist Church in Little Elm,Texas.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Larry of Little Elm, TX; three daughters, Teresa Lynn Jones of Carrollton, TX; La Nell Goins and Amanda Smith both of Carlsbad, New Mexico.Also surviving are three sons, Rodney Allen Jones of Plano, TX; Larry Dunn of Plant City, FL; and Tommy Lyn Dunn of Carlsbad, New Mexico; plus thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Other survivors include four sisters, Joyce Ann Gensler of Spokane, WA; Angelina Ruth Mullens of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Dianna Lynne Dosher of Roswell, New Mexico; and Sandra Kay of New Mexico.Patricia was preceded in death by one brother, Dewey Frank Still.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials be made in Patricia’s memory to the Children’s Advocacy Center; 207 West Hickory Street; Suite 215;Denton, TX 76201 or Susan G. Komen Center; 12820 Hillcrest Rd: Suite 105; Dallas, TX 75230
Services are under the direction of Slay Memorial Funeral Center in Aubrey, Texas.
