David Wayne Smith was born on Nov 6, 1960 and passed away at 1:50 p.m. Aug 5, 2012 at Plano Presbyterian Hospital.
David is survived by one daughter, Sarah E. Smith; father, Glen A. Smith, sisters Donna S. Maupin, Carol A. Walden, and Sandra D. James; nieces, Michelle Gentile, Kristine Price, Heidi Smith, Elizabeth Glover, and nephews, Harry Goodson, Steven Goodson, Anthony Smith.
David is preceded in death by his mother Marguerite L. Forney Greene, and grandparents Harry & Reberta Forney.
David will be cremated. No services are planned.
