Ms. Freda Hicks passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 in Dallas, TX. A visitation will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 from 7-8PM at Peoples Funeral Home and Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 2012, 11AM at St Emmanuel Baptist church. Interment will immediately follow funeral services in Oakwood Cemetery.
