Raymond Wayne Sweatman, 61 of Denton, died on
July 1, 2012 at his home.He was born March 28, 1951 in Denton to Raymond H. and
Doris (Richardson) Sweatman.He was a graduate of Denton High School, and served
in the U S Army.He was a disabled Viet Nam Veteran.
Mr.
Sweatman is survived by a sisterBeverly (Jackson) Buckelew and husband Reg III,
ofArlington,two brothers,Roy Lynn Sweatman and wife Lindaof Sanger, and Norman
Rae Jackson and wife Sandra ofCrofton, MD,several nieces and nephews and other
extended family members.He was preceded in death by his parentsand a sister
Stella Louise (Jackson) Scofield.
A funeral
service will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, September 3, 2012 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason,
Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev.Sam
Redfearn, officiating.Burial will follow in the Sanger Cemetery in Sanger, TX
