Francis (Frank) Albert Zangerl, II

Francis (Frank) Albert Zangerl, II passed away on September 4, 2012 at Denton Rehab. Frank was born on January 17, 1920 in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

He graduated from Christian Brothers College in 1940. After graduation, he met and married his love, Mary Ellen Maynor. In 1942, he served in World War II in France. After returning from service, he went to work for Met Life Insurance Company. In 1958, He transferred to Midland, TX where he was District Manager until 1960 when he transferred to Germany and spent 11 years until retiring to Denton, TX where he lived until his death.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ellen Zangerl; daughter, Sue Robertson and husband Troy; son, Frank Zangerl III; grandchildren, James Robertson, Brooke Zangerl, and Zack Zangerl; and great grandchildren, Rushell Mize and Dallen Mize.

The funeral service will be on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
