Barry Joe Ethridge, 53, of Ponder, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. He was born on August 5, 1959 in Birmingham, Alabama to Joe and Betty Ethridge. He was formerly employed at Marconi Communications as a Senior Staff Engineer after 18 years of employment.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 14, 2012 from 1-3 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors with the service starting at 3:00 pm in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Denton.
Barry is survived by his son, Jarred Ethridge and Jarred’s mother, Sherry Ethridge; parents, Betty Ethridge-Tidwell and Joe Ethridge; sister, E’Lisa Dickens; companion, Lori Adcox, and Lori’s son, Thomas Adcox; nephew, Joseph Dickens; and niece, Megan Dickens.
