John P. Sapp, Jr. was born in Longview, Texas on December 1, 1938 to John P. Sapp Sr. and Rosie Sapp. He died October 4, 2012 at the age of 73.
He married Nina Mae Farmer on July 3, 1957 in Odessa, Texas. He was member of the Baptist Church and was in the construction business.
He is survived by his wife, Nina of Sanger; two sons, Robert Dale Sapp of Sanger, Texas and Bryan Lewis Sapp of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Dorothy Sapp; one brother, L.W. Sapp and one grandchild, Robert Sapp Jr.
Visitation will be Sunday,October7, 2012 from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Coker Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Monday October 8, 2012 at Coker Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Sanger Cemetery.
